So, I finally filed my taxes. Does anyone want to pat me on the back? lol Ok just kidding. But I think it would be a lot easier if I just lived with my parents still. This living on your own is hard to get used to. I have my boyfriend to help me when I'm short on money, but for the most part I like to be independent. I don't like asking for money. I like feeling accomplished it makes me feel like I'm doing something good with my life.
I am planning on taking a vacation here soon to relax and clear my head. I still don't know what I want to do as far as career wise. I'm good with people and I love making an impact on other peoples lives.
At work the other night I had a little two year old at one of my tables. After his dinner he handed his mother his drink and ran into my arms. I've never had the type of feeling he gave me. I felt complete joy and at that very moment was content with where I was. It made me think about me starting a family, but I don't want to jump into anything. At the point I am at right now I know I am not ready to start a family. I couldn't support a family, and I want to be able to give my kids things I grew up with and the things I didn't. Something makes me wonder in my mom had that same idea.
I love my family, and its been really hard on me to be away from them. But, in all honestly, I wouldn't have found Jeramy and I really don't see my life being without him right now. I never thought I would find someone that I can be me around and not worry about being singled out or teased because my personality can be a little off the wall. I love making people laugh even if I make myself look funny in the process. I wasn't voted class clown for nothin... lol. But in the end I have one question... Would I marry him? I ask myself this everyday, and even though I can't see myself without him. Can I picture him being here everyday for the rest of my life. Can I picture us growing old together. I don't know...

Life
So, its been quite some time since we all got together. I haven't seen Grandma and Grandpa going on three years. I think everyone else was at Uncle Kris' funeral. It's sad, but I have been keeping pretty busy.
School: So I left school after my first year. I wasn't too sure what I wanted to study. Now I see myself starting my own business, so I want to go for Business/Accounting. I loved College and learning new things, but I couldn't waste the money and switch my major ten times. So, I left and plan to go back here soon.
Love Life: I was with this boy Jeramy for a little over a year. Things were going really good, but he is going to Florida for school and I feel our paths needed to go in different directions. Its for the best I think and if we happen to run into each other later on in life it would be great. He is an amazing man and a wonderful partner. His family is extremely religous and very loving. I've been keeping myself busy while mending the ol' ticker.
Work Life: I work at Outback Steakhouse in Grand Junction and I make enough money to pay the bills and save up a little to go snowboarding, shopping, etc. Outback is more like a family, everything that happens to one affects the others. We would do anything for any of the workers here. They have been very supportive and helpful with every choice I have made.
Family Life: I just came back from a three day visit with my family. I got to babysit my wonderful and growing nieces and nephews. Wow, were they a handful. They sure keep me busy. As far as me having children I think I will wait a few more years until I get on my feet for that. My mom and Dad are really happy with their dogs, mules and Mona the cat with no voice. The snow banks are up to seventeen feet there where as in Junction there is barely any anywhere. Verne and his Children are very happy. Emma and Liam are getting bigger everytime I get to see them. Nikie and Jeff are working hard to raise their daughter Kalyssa, she sure is a handful and loves to pick things up off the floor that aren't that good for you. Hair, cat food, etc. My sister Katy is working hard and loves her son Dakota he is a big baby to carry around for as long as she did.
